YetepPhoenix Lights Festival is approaching quickly. Each year the festival has added something like last year an additional day, and this year a new stage specially curated by Universatile Music. This year we are bringing a more diverse lineup, including some hip-hop artists and unique producers hosted by none other than Universatile Music.

Universatile Music is an AZ promoter that hosts hip-hop events all around the state. UM has been around for 15 years, and has hosted huge names in music like Kendrick Lamar, Major Lazor, Run The Jewels, G-Eazy, and Macklemore. Some of the venues they hold events at are Club Red in Mesa, the Rialto Theatre in Tuscon and the Orphium theatre in Flagstaff to name a few. I asked UM’s owner/founder, Michael Horowitz, what the future looks like for Universatile Music, and he said “to continue to bring people together through the power of live music.”
UM will have it’s own stage for the first time at Phoenix Lights festival only on Sunday, April 9th. Playing at the UM stage will be Griz, 21 Savage, Vince Staples, Cashmere Cat, Tokimonsta, Crizzly, Unlike Pluto, and Ganja White Night. Stay tuned for set times and be sure to check out the stage yourself!
