YetepKuuro, aka Jordin Post and Luke Shipstad, have been gaining a good amount of traction in the EDM community over the past year since their release of “Possession” on Monstercat Records. Since then they have done remixes for EDM giants like Zedd, Boombox Cartel, DJ Snake, Dillon Francis, NGHTMRE, Galantis, and What So Not. Their music caters to the bass crowd and their latest single falls right in line. Check out “Afraid of the Dark” on SoundCloud below!
“Afraid of the Dark” is a different approach on Kuuro’s style, but still holds true to the bass they are familiar for; combine this with the vocals of Sophiya and you have yourself a track that contains both chill and amped-up elements. Kuuro is no stranger to bass and dubstep and this track continues to solidify their place in that realm while opening their discography to new sounds. I look forward to watching this duo grow in 2018! Catch Kuuro this weekend at Phoenix Lights! Get more info and tickets here.
