Peking Duk Returns with a ‘Reprisal’

Somewhere between selling out shows on the Australian leg of their Wasted Tour and going gold on their single, “Wasted,” Ruben Styles and Adam Hyde put out a cinematic music video that takes no prisoners. “Reprisal” is an experience that comes to life in a 9-minute YouTube music video. This side tangent project poetically depicts 2 original Peking Duk tracks that are too awesome for a simple promotional tweet and file download.

The two new songs, “Fire” and “Distant Arizona” differ in styles but seamlessly come together in this epic project. “Fire” tends to the pop side of the spectrum with a dance beat and vocal that will have you signing in the shower. On the contrast, “Distant Arizona” is a sultry and emotive track that sends the video into a revenge focused plot. Whether you’re dancing off the haters or getting deep with your emotions, there two new singles got what you need.
