Watch it Wednesday: LSD (Labrinth, Sia, Diplo) – ‘Genius’

A new supergroup has emerged under the name LSD. UK artist Labrinth, pop star Sia, and Diplo have joined forces for a unique project that will undoubtedly create some waves this year. Their debut single “Genius” dropped last Thursday, May 3, and has already racked up over 20 million streams/views collectively. The accompanying music video, and our Watch it Wednesday, is as exciting as the formation of this group. Keeping with the theme, director Ben Jones created an animated psychedelic trip that we keep watching over and over again.

The group will be releasing another single, “Audio,” tomorrow, May 10 and are supposedly working a full-length album to be released later this year. The formation of this triple threat powerhouse of a group came with no formal announcement. Instead, they are letting the work speak for itself. We’re definitely intrigued and can’t wait to see what comes next!
