YetepLos Angeles based producer Tyler Minford, aka Louis Futon, has steadily carved out his own lane in the electronic music scene over the past few years. In that short time, his remixes and singles have garnered millions of streams online, with his biggest singles to date “Wasted On You released through ODESZA’s Foreign Family Collective and his remix of Rufus Du Sol’s “You Were Right” brought the masses on his own.
Now, doing things in a different way, Futon has found himself in new throws of inspiration with fellow producers, Party Pupils. The three talented artists took their open mind to no other than Swedish super furniture store, IKEA, to sample the sounds of fairy priced bed sets and kitchen cabinetry. The result? A funky fusion of pop meets stovetop beats. The track is called “One Two Things” and it is a must-hear. Check it out below.
Do not miss you chance this and the whole Futon show LIVE at Shady Park on December 13. Tickets are on sale NOW, grab yours here.
