Right before he dropped this song, Jason Ross announced the release date of his second album, Atlas. Set to come out on August 5, Atlas will be the successor to his first album, 1000 Faces, released over 2 years ago. “Take You Home” will be the second single off of this album following “Hate This Kind of Love”. The artist took to social media to express the inspiration behind his new album. In the caption, Ross dedicates the album to all his fans and describes his new album as a home base that is not just for his fans, but also for himself.
