YetepAfter years of gaining traction through future bass hits and impressive collabs, Said The Sky finally released his debut album this past month! Wide-Eyed—the first L.P. of Colorado native, Trevor Christensen—is a melodic masterpiece that takes audiences on an emotional journey about falling in and out of love.
The debut release is out now on Seeking Blue Records—the label which grew from the popular YouTube channel, MrSuicideSheep. Alongside giants of the melodic scene (including frequent collaborators, Illenium and Seven Lions) Said The Sky is perfectly at home.
Wide-Eyed shows off Christensen’s talents as a multi-instrumentalist and as a musical story-teller. To tell his love story, Christensen turns to powerhouse vocalists like Vancouver Sleep Clinic, Claire Ridgely, and Matthew Koma. Their lyrical performances perfectly compliment Said The Sky’s self-described sound: his “captivating blend of moving basslines and soaring melodies.”
Stream Wide-Eyed below and be prepared to be captivated! Said The Sky will bring his mastery of all things melodic to Arizona this September at Goldrush Music Festival. Don’t forget to grab your tickets here!
