YetepThis past Friday, seven heavy bass hitters came together to create a fierce collection in the form of Blood Moon, out on Synesthesia Records. Rising producer LICK, who’s recently been on tour with Zeds Dead and releasing under the Deadbeats Label, enlists the help of six other up-and-coming talents for a 7-track collection that’s every bit deserving of the hype. With the release, LICK said, “I was able to bring together some of my favorite producers and closest friends for the creation of Blood Moon. I really wanted to make something special for you guys with this one. Grab my new song ‘OVER’ along with the other six tracks on the EP.” Special it is. Check it out below.
Blood Moon opens with LICK’s latest release, “Over.” This track features his signature sinister basslines and a striking vocal. Also on the EP is “Schizophrenia” from Canadian producer ZABO who has previously worked with the Synesthesia label. Following ZABO, Social Kid presents “Crystal Satellite,” a track that mashes dreamy melody with shockingly heavy bass. You can hear additional tunes from No Etiquette, KRILLA, SWARM, and Voliik. Each track is more piercing than the last.
Catch LICK performing alongside Arius, KAYZO, Habstrack, and more at this year’s BOO AZ on October 20th. Get tickets here.
