In just six short years, Oliver Heldens has managed to become one of the world’s most desired DJs. Bridging the gap between all the sub-genres of house, this amazingly young producer has not only created fresh and funky beats for his fans but created his own record label, Heldeep Records. Starting slowly in 2013 creating tracks in his bedroom studio, he signed “Stinger” and “Thumper” onto Spinnin’ Records. But when the 17-year-old caught the attention of powerhouse Tiësto with his original, “Gecko,” Heldens took off running. Reaching the #1 spot on the UK hits for five consecutive weeks, everyone else couldn’t help catch onto his jiggy style too. A year later, Heldens collaborated with Becky Hill to bring us “Gecko (Overdrive),” and now the highly irresistible song turns five.
