MUST DIE! has assembled a legendary lineup of artists to bring the official remixes of his EP, VAMPIRE WEAPON: CRIMSON. The remixes EP features some of the hottest up and coming artists in dubstep, riddim, and hardstyle. Each artist brings a complete flip to their remix of MUST DIE!’s bass heavy tracks. The original tracks of VAMPIRE WEAPON: CRIMSON, which was released late last year, showcased MUST DIE!’s versatile musical ability. From heavy dubstep, experimental bass beats, hard techno and more, the original EP already packs a punch. Although, these remixes are filthy and bringing VAMPIRE WEAPON: CRIMSON to a whole new level.
The VAMPIRE WEAPON: CRIMSON remixes come from artists that have been killing it in the scene. The artists featured on the VAMPIRE WEAPON: CRIMSON remixes EP include Hamro, Water Spirit, Chibs, Dr. Ushūu, Kozmoz, Automhate, YDG, and MUERTE. If you are a fan of any of the amazing artists on this lineup, then prepare yourself for the fatal destruction to come. Each track of the EP is reimagined by the artists named above, each adding their own flare and highlighting their striking bass styles.
Starting off with Hamro’s remix of “CEMETERY DUB.” Hamro turns the swaying dubstep beats of the track into hard-hitting bouncy riddim. Chopping up the distorted beats of “CEMETERY DUB,” Hamro injected his high energy style into the track.
Water Spirit raises the tempo even higher on their remix of “BETTER OFF.” Elevating MUST DIE!’s booms of hardstyle and mixes of breakbeats with pounding bass, crunchy basslines and raw powerful beats.
Chibs takes on the remix of MUST DIE! And Jiqui’s “SLIME.” The low to the floor bass turned into wobbling chops and swings. Chibs adds in his potent riddim sounds into the vibey energy of the original track.
Dr. Ushūu takes the enchanting experimental bass beats of “SOMEONE 2 TRUST” and adds his unique spin to the electric light melodies. Dr. Ushūu adds in an extra boost of crunchy womps to the bass, that show off his bass heavy style.
Kozmoz does a complete flip of MUST DIE!’s “UNDERGROUND.” The original track, balanced hard techno and hardstyle into a high-powered fast tune. Kozmoz, while paying homage to the original, showcases his roaring bass, electrifying beats and adds a splash of drum & bass to “UNDERGROUND.”
Riddim legend, Automhate adds in his distinct sound to his remix of “DALLAS.” MUST DIE! echoing brain-tickling bass and sirening beats are hollowed out and flipped by Automhate. The layering of his powerful beats with rumbling stomps of bass really is chef’s kiss in “DALLAS.”
YDG also takes on MUST DIE!’s “DALLAS,” and both remixes are as heavy as the last. YDG adds in the iconic sounds of that underground riddim. The rising energy of the track is met with bouncy bass, whistling synths and swaying rhythms.
Last but definitely not least, MUERTE’s remix of “ETERNALLY” finishes of the remixes EP and does absolute destruction. MUST DIE! mixes screamo with the ravaging sounds of tearout, which MUERTE takes and throws in his specialty filthy beats. Muerte’s bass heavy style consumes “ETERNALLY” into a bumping riddim tune.
The remixes of VAMPIRE WEAPON: CRIMSON have been flipped, chopped, distorted, and reworked into even higher-powered bass tracks. Each artist showed out with their mind-boggling musical styles.
