YetepOver the last 2 years Eats Everything (aka Dan Pearce) has had quite the rise, emerging from the bass music scene to become one of the UK’s most beloved DJs. Whether it was his wild and crazy sets in Ibiza at the legendary DC10, playing b2b with Skream in Miami, or his official remix of Nile Rodgers this summer, Eats Everything has been devouring dancefloors in 2013.
With stops at HARD Summer, in Montreal at Piknic Elektronic and the newly launched Splash House in Palm Springs, Eats Everything will bring his inimitable, larger-than-life personality, and wickedly hot record-bag to America this summer. Coinciding with his US Tour, Eats Everything has released his all American VIP Remix of “He Not In,” by Chicken Lips.
This year Eats Everything was asked to remix the International Music Summit Anthem, produced by legendary musician, and founder of “Chic,” Nile Rodgers, a milestone in any producers life. In June dirtybird released the massively funky “The Gettup,” a collaborative effort between Eats and brother-in-arms Justin Martin.
Hailing from Bristol, a long-standing hotbed of talent for UK electronic acts such as Julio Roni Size and Massive Attack, Eats Everything is a figure at the heart of the UK’s current house music renaissance, equally happen taking to the decks with Disclosure, as he is playing at Jamie Jones’ Paradise residency in Ibiza.
Keep an ear out for his September release on Pets Recordings entitled “Catz Eats Dogz.”
Tour dates include:
Sunday, August 4 – Hard Summer LA
Thursday, August 8 – Refuge Portland
Friday, August 9 – Shine Vancouver
Saturday, August 10 – Beta Denver
Sunday, August 11 – Shambhala Festival Salmo, BC
