The U.S installment of the European festival, Mysteryland, returns this year to Bethel Woods, NY at the infamous Woodstock ‘69 Grounds. The festival supergiant, with installments in Amsterdam and Chile, will be returning next month to the United States as a 21+ festival. Mysteryland USA, boasting a variety of stages, will have something in store for every dance music fan, regardless of the sub-genre. A few of the spotlights featured on the stages will be Adam Beyer’s Drumcode, where various techno DJs will be on display, such as Nicole Moudaber and Alan Fitzpatrick. Also featured on the lineup will be return of The Sound of Q-Dance back to the United States, where festival-goers can catch legendary hardstyle acts such as Noisecontrollers and Frontliners. The lineup also features internationally notorious headliner acts like Madeon, Diplo, Dillon Francis, and a live set from Porter Robinson.
If the lineup wasn’t enough, the festival also offers camping options for their Holy Ground camping to make your stay at the Woodstock grounds as immersive as possible. With a variety of camping packages ranging from bringing your own tent to the luxurious Bohemium Premium Lodges, Mysteryland makes it easy to stay at the festival! The camping area will also have it’s own stage with its own jaw-dropping lineup, featuring acts such as Richie Hawtin, Maceo Plex, A-Trak, and more to keep the festival vibes alive and grooving. Campgrounds will also feature an after-hours silent disco so that the dancing never has to end.
The camping area’s art and cultural experiences will be curated by the finest groups in New York. Anticipated activities to take place at the Holy Ground camping area will include deep house yoga, burlesque shows, spiritual readings, and a surprise section of Japanese culture immersion. Mysteryland will also feature art curated by the Brooklyn-based creative director Kevin Balktick, which will be set to tingle all five senses. With the camp’s official theme of “Camp DoYaWannaDance” campers will be able to participate in many old-school camp inspired activities, such as giant drinking Jenga, Connect Four, and beer pong, just to name a few.
This all-inclusive festival takes place Memorial Day weekend, May 22-25 and with camping options nearly 90% sold out, fast action is necessary to secure your spot at the Holy Grounds. Be sure to check out the Mysteryland website for more information about the festival, camping, and updates for festival-goers!
