YetepAutoerotique stores electro, techno, house, Dutch house, Dutch-colonial house, rave, rock, rave-rock, indie-rock and even ska on speed dial and calls them up frequently. Their effortlessly protean, shape-shifting sound can careen wildly from project to project, so it’s not unexpected to hear them transform from Techno to, say, Norwegian black metal on the same record – thus, earning them the nick name “Autobots”.
The ambiguously great duo’s Keith Robertson & David “Dave” Henderson just put out their newest collection of sounds of all shapes and sizes in a remix package titled “The Kids Don’t C.A.R.E”, a spoof off the D.A.R.E. program. Composed of new music and some remixes from Autoerotique’s close friends, the 4 track EP holds the image of being a unique and high-energy package of music.
If you didn’t have a subwoofer to listen along with, then you may just have to go ahead and grab some tickets right here and come to their show at Talking Stick Resort on September 24th! Be sure to also give them a follow on all social media sites below!
