YetepAmsterdam is one of the party capitals of the world, and from there comes some very talented electronic dance music artists such as Martin Garrix, Hardwell, and now LNY TNZ, pronounced loony tunes. LNY TNZ are famously known for their club banging, hardstyle hits, but during their recent show here in Phoenix with Must Die! they closed their set with a new single that produced a new vibe. It’s called “We Go Up,” check out the single on SoundCloud below.
This track is an extremely different turn from the duo that predominantly makes hardstyle. The track begins with a melodic guitar and piano. That combined with the swooning vocals give the track an emotional essence. This all leads to a massive drop that combines future bass synths with a trap lead. The second drop contains the group’s distinguishable core element–hardstyle! It is truly refreshing to see an artist try out a new style. I know the track took me by complete surprise when they dropped it at their show here in Phoenix, so I’d keep an eye out for more surprises from LNY TNZ.
