YetepA week from now Tiësto will be releasing an exclusive album in collaboration with (RED) , to raise AIDS awareness. The album, titled Dance (Red), Save Lives features plenty of well-known artists such as Avicii, Calvin Harris, Diplo, Laidback Luke and Martin Solveig. There’s even a unique collaborative piece from Tiësto and Bono of U2. The album is expected to release on November 27, 2012.
(RED) and their partners reached a significant goal by hitting the $200 million mark in their efforts to raise money for the cause. “Tiësto represents a generation of young music fans with incredible passion and energy. We want to tap into that passion to help deliver an AIDS free generation by 2015,” (RED) CEO Deborah Dugan said.
(RED) was founded by U2’s Bono and Bobby Shriver in an effort to partner with iconic worldwide brands who contribute a portion of their profits to the cause. They have raised over $200 million for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
